ZLZGL系列纸带过滤机主要用于磨床、衍磨机、加工中心等精加工对冷却液洁净度要求比较高的机床。该装置是利用过滤布将冷却液、油中的杂质进行过滤。当冷却液、油中含有的杂质将过滤布堵塞，使液面升高，由液面控制接近开关发出信号，传动机构运动把含有杂质的过滤布输送到废布箱中，新的过滤布进入下一个循环，液面同时降低，传动机构停止运行，全套动作均有设备自动控制。
      ZLCGL系列磁辊纸带过滤机是在纸带过滤机的基础上，增加磁辊分离装置，将磨屑（导磁类）杂质先行分离出去，从而大大降低纸带消耗。

      The paper-band filter is mainly applied to precision precessing like grinding machine, honing machine and machining center, which have a higher requirement for the cleanliness of the coolant. This device uses filtering fabric to filter impurity in coolant andthe oil. As the impurity in coolant and oil blocks the filtering fabric to cause the liquid level to rise, the proximity switch for level control will send out signal, and the movement of transfer mechanism will send filtering fabric with impurity to the used filtering fabric tank while new filtering fabric will enter the next circulation. The liquid level will drop in the mean time and transfer mechanism will stop. All the actions are automatically controlled.
       Magnetic-roller paper-band filter unit is added with magnetic-roller separating device based on paper-band filter unit, to separate the impurities like grinding dust (magnetoconductive)  first, so that consumption of paper-band will be lowered.
